Features and Performance
- The main transmission system applies a frequency conversion motor and a synchronous toothed belt to drive the speed reducer. The speed reducer drives the gear pair, and the gear ring drives the punch disc to rotate. The main motor adopts variable frequency speed regulation, and the output can be continuously adjusted within a wide range.
- The body frame is made of cast iron, making the machine run more smoothly.
- The combined upper guide rail design is convenient for disassembly, assembly, maintenance and replacement. Double-sided lifting guide rails are selected, so that the punches are evenly stressed and have a long service life.
- The centralized lubrication system (dry oil lubrication system, thin oil lubrication system and circulating lubrication system) provides sufficient lubricant to each lubrication part through automatic control to ensure the safe operation of the machine.
- The tablet pressing process adopts secondary pressure forming. The pre-compression wheel and the main compression wheel are adjusted independently. The large-sized compression wheels enable the produced tablets to obtain the best pressing time.
- The new high-precision punch disc preparation process controls the quality of the tablet products while increasing the speed.
- The new powder retaining mechanism design makes full use of the materials.
- All parts in contact with the powder are made of materials that meet the pharmaceutical hygiene requirements. The holes of the upper and lower punch discs are provided with special dust-proof and oil-proof sealing protection. The tablet pressing chamber adopts a fully sealed structure, making the equipment comply with GMP specifications.
- The equipment is placed on shock-absorbing feet to avoid transmitting vibrations to adjacent equipment during operation.
