Caratteristiche
1. PLC control and stepless frequency control of speed.
2. Working processes include film unwinding, forming, embossing, heat sealing, filling, tail sealing and punching.
3. Photoelectric pattern registration on a single side and 1-5 lines of characters, including date, coded by an ink-jet printer on the outer side.
4. Peristaltic pump or piston pump for filling volume control with high accuracy and function of anti-leakage.
5. Parts contacting the product is made of SUS316L and the machine cover, made of SUS304, which is GMP compliant.
6. It’s convenient to use this card packing machine. Fold it and the card will be sheared off. Then squeeze the pack and the product will be extruded, for less residue and hence less waste.
