This machine adopts an advanced high-power transmission system that drives the main shaft through a precise chain mechanism, effectively eliminating the errors and noise often caused by traditional gear transmission.
Equipped with an imported intelligent control system, it can be customized with a medicine counting, detection, and rejection unit (Omron sensor) according to user requirements. The imported frequency inverter ensures smooth and stable operation.
The photoelectric control system automatically feeds PVC, PTP, or Aluminum/Aluminum materials, while trimming waste edges automatically to maintain perfect synchronization across long distances and multiple stations. Optional configurations include a photocell correction device, imported stepper motor traction, and image-character registration system to enhance packaging precision and visual alignment.
