HMK Horizontal Doypack Pouch Packaging Machine
De HMK horizontal doypack pouch packaging machine adopts the latest international servo-driven technology, ensuring precise, efficient, and reliable performance. Powered by a high-performance servo motor, the FE model offers modular configurations suitable for producing a wide range of bag types — including flat bags, doypacks, stand-up pouches, zipper bags, and more.
De HMK doypack series can handle pouch volumes of up to 3000 ml, making it ideal for packaging products such as pet food, condiments, dried fruits, candies, oatmeal, and other similar items.
This machine supports up to four filling stations, allowing for single or multiple filling operations as needed. It can operate in single- or multi-pouch modes — when running in multi-pouch mode, two to four pouches can be formed and filled simultaneously per machine cycle, achieving speeds of up to 200 bags per minute.
Een independent film unwinding system en servo-driven correction with visual inspection ensure precise film alignment after folding, automatically correcting deviations to maintain high accuracy and reduce downtime adjustments.
Multiple filling and dosing systems are compatible with the HMK series, including servo auger fillers, piston pumps, measuring cups, and combination scales, providing flexibility for various product types.
The standard configuration includes a Siemens control system with a 10-inch operation panel. The FE series features an Omron control system by default, with optional Allen-Bradley (AB) or Beckhoff control systems available. When equipped with the Beckhoff system, a 21.5-inch touchscreen interface provides enhanced usability and operation efficiency.
