HMK Horizontal Doypack Pouch Packaging Machine
De HMK horizontal doypack pouch packaging machine adopts the latest internationally recognized servo-driven technology, ensuring stable performance, high precision, and long-term reliability. The FE series is powered by advanced servo motors as the main drive units, allowing for flexible configuration modules tailored to produce large and medium-sized flat pouches, doypacks, stand-up pouches, zipper bags, and other customized bag types.
De HMK doypack series is capable of producing pouches with a capacity of up to 3000 ml, making it suitable for a wide range of applications such as pet food, condiments, dried fruits, candies, oatmeal, and similar products.
This machine can be equipped with up to four filling stations, supporting both single and multiple filling operations depending on production needs. It offers single-pouch and multi-pouch operation modes. When running in multi-pouch mode, the system can simultaneously produce two to four pouches per machine cycle, reaching speeds of up to 200 bags per minute.
Een independent film unwinding system combined with a servo correction and visual inspection system ensures precise film alignment and automatic adjustment after folding. This minimizes manual calibration and eliminates downtime caused by misalignment, thereby improving overall productivity.
The HMK series supports multiple dosing and filling systems, including servo auger fillers, piston pumps, measuring cups, and combination weighing scales, providing versatility for different product types and packaging requirements.
De standard model comes equipped with a Siemens control system and a 10-inch operation panel. The FE series adopts an Omron control system as standard, with optional upgrades to Allen-Bradley (AB) or Beckhoff systems. When configured with the Beckhoff system, the machine features a 21.5-inch full-color touchscreen interface for enhanced control, intuitive operation, and real-time system monitoring.
