GZPK-660 double-discharging high-speed rotary tablet press is a product of Manistille in the 1990s. Through continuous technological innovation and improvement, it has the characteristics of higher automation, better operability, faster production speed, stronger stability, and lower noise. Its technology is at the leading level in China. It is different from other similar products in China. It is a double-discharging high-speed tablet press developed on the basis of the single-discharging tablet press in the 1980s by Cleon Company, or a double-discharging high-speed tablet press imitated Fitt’s technology in the 1980s.
The main motor of the tablet pressing machine is driven by an AC variable frequency stepless speed regulator and rotated through a worm to drive the turntable. The rotation of the turntable causes the upper and lower punch to move upward and downward under the action of the guide rail. The granules or powders are pressed into tablets by filling, prepressing, pressing and discharging. During the whole pressing process, the control system can automatically control the weight of the sheet by detecting, transmitting, calculating and processing the pressure signal, automatically reject the waste sheet, and automatically sample and display the faults.
