The HMK Pozioma maszyna pakująca w torebki Doypack adopts the internationally popular servo drive system. All FE-series products are equipped with servo motors as their core drive units, ensuring high precision and stability.
By selecting different configuration modules, the machine can produce a variety of bag types, including large and medium-sized flat bags, doypacks, stand-up pouches, and zipper bags. The HMK Doypack series supports the production of pouches with a maximum capacity of 3000 ml.
It is suitable for packaging a wide range of products, such as pet food, seasoned foods, dried fruits, candies, and oatmeal.
The machine can be equipped with up to four filling stations, allowing for single or multiple filling operations based on production needs. It also offers both single-pouch and multi-pouch operation modes. When the multi-pouch mode is activated, the machine can produce 2 to 4 pouches simultaneously per operating cycle, significantly improving production efficiency.
Speed is up to 200 bags per minute.
