Description of the advancement of automation control
- The main components of the electrical control cabinet are imported from abroad, the PLC is a Siemens product, and the man-machine interface is a Siemens 10-inch series color touch screen;
- Low-voltage electrical appliances are selected from internationally renowned brands such as ABB, Schneider, and OMRON;
- The frequency converter adopts Siemens products;
- The turbo rod adopts high-precision products of Tianjin Huashengchang brand;
- All bearing series adopt NSK products imported from Japan;
- The punching plate is made of corrosion-resistant materials and has good rust and corrosion resistance;
- The pressure sensor acquisition and transmission system adopts imported high-precision TEDEA-HUNTLEIGH sensors and amplifiers to realize real-time pressure detection and analysis. Automatically adjust the powder filling depth of the tablet press to realize automatic control of tablet production. At the same time, it monitors the mold damage of the tablet press and the supply of powder for safety protection. The production cost is greatly reduced, the qualification rate of the tablets is increased, and the management of one person and multiple machines is realized.
Automatic control functions of the system are as follows:
- Automatic adjustment of film weight
After the production parameters are set, the system can automatically adjust the filling, adding, and subtracting materials according to the set values to minimize the difference in tablets.
- Automatic function of hydraulic system
The user can set the upper and lower limits of the hydraulic system, and the computer automatically stabilizes the hydraulic pressure between the set values.
- Automatic function of lubrication system
The system can automatically control the operation of the lubrication pump according to certain lubrication time and lubrication interval parameters. The user can adjust this parameter according to actual needs.
- Automatic function of waste rejection system (customized)
The system can carry out single-chip automatic rejection (custom) and batch automatic rejection
Single-chip rejecting means that the blowing air valve automatically blows a single unqualified tablet into the waste channel during production;
Batch rejection means that the channel switching solenoid valve automatically transfers to the waste channel to reject unqualified drugs in batches.
- Automatic shutdown function when the pressure exceeds the limit
It can protect the main pressure from exceeding the limit value set by the user.
- The alarm screen will pop up when the fault status is automatically stopped, and there will be sound and light alarm.
