This product is specially designed by our company for the filling of prefilled syringes. It is an automatic packaging equipment for aseptic and efficient filling of syringes. The equipment runs smoothly, is easy to operate, and is equipped with intelligent detection devices. It has high automation, high work efficiency and easy maintenance. It is an ideal equipment for filling and plugging prefilled syringes.

Features

  • This product is widely applicable toSCF (Prefilled syringe) syringes from BD, BG, SCHOTT and major domestic manufacturers. Other types of syringes can also be customized.
  • The surface is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the contact parts are made of SUS316L stainless steel and medical silicon rubber, which fully meets the requirements of GMP specifications.
  • The ceramic plunger pump realizes quantitative filling, is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, wear-resisting and high temperature, and has high filling accuracy.
  • The conveying and sorting of the rubber plugs are realized by the vibratory feeder, which is made of SUS316L stainless steel clean plate with bright surface treatment and no clean dead corners.
  • It adopts internationally renowned electrical components and implements interference-free modular control. Synchronous actions are all controlled by servo motors. Automatic filling and stoppering are implemented, which is accurate, reliable and easy to operate.
  • The operation of the motor is controlled by the PLC programming controller. The human-computer interaction interface monitors and displays the working status of each station in real time, and automatically alarms and displays the fault location in real time, and the fault prompts.
  • A variety of filling doses and filling methods are available.
  • The injection needle is used for filling with the liquid level rising to prevent splashing of liquid medicine.
  • The vacuum filling system is suitable for viscous materials to ensure that the liquid medicine fills the filling space without bubbles or faults, and improves the qualified rate of finished products.
  • The vacuum stopper system avoids particles generated by the vibration and friction of the rubber stopper, and ensures that the rubber stopper is in close contact with the liquid surface.
  • Modular design, easy to locate, easy to expand, can be used as a stand-alone machine, can also be connected to the nesting machine, rotating rod machine, labeling machine, light inspection machine and other equipment to form a production line.
  • Optionalhundred-level laminar flow hood to achieve high-demand clean production.
